MORAVA

Terms of Service

Plain-language terms for ordering from MORAVA.

Placing an order

When you submit an order we send you a confirmation by email. That confirmation is an acknowledgement that we received your order, not a promise to supply: if something in the order cannot be fulfilled — a stone has run out, for instance — we will tell you and refund in full.

Pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars and are confirmed by our ordering system when the order is placed. The total shown on your order confirmation is the amount that applies. Import duties and local taxes, where they exist, are the recipient’s responsibility.

Payment

Payment is taken through a payment provider once your order is confirmed. We never see or store your card details.

Personalised pieces

Engraving and other personalisation is produced exactly as you type it, including capitalisation. Please check your text before submitting: personalised pieces cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Natural materials

Wood and stone vary. Colour, grain and banding differ from the photographs, and small marks are part of the material rather than a defect. Dimensions are nominal.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of your order.

Questions

Anything unclear, or anything you disagree with: hello@morava.pages.dev. We would rather explain than argue.
