If it is not right, send it back within 30 days. We will refund you, no questions asked.
How to start
Email us your order number and we will send a return address. Please mark the parcel as a return so it clears customs.
Condition
Unworn and in its original pouch. Engraved pieces are excluded, because they cannot be resold.
Damaged or wrong item
Message us within 14 days with a photograph and we will replace it at our cost, including the return postage.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the parcel arriving.
