MORAVA

Our Story

Modern Eastern Beads & Handmade Bracelets

How it started

MORAVA began with a simple frustration: most bead bracelets sold online are either plastic pretending to be stone, or stone finished so heavily that it stops looking like stone. We wanted the opposite — plain, honest materials, worked by hand, and nothing added that does not need to be there.

So we buy timber and mineral in small lots, sort it ourselves, and string each bracelet on a doubled cord. When a lot runs out, that piece waits until we find another that is good enough. It is slower, and it means we sell out.

Made the slow way, on purpose

We buy stone and timber in small lots, sort it by hand, and string each bracelet on a doubled cord. Nothing is machine-finished to a shine.

The result is a piece that keeps the character of the material — the grain of the wood, the banding in the stone — instead of hiding it.

What we stand on

  • Natural materials only. Sandalwood, bodhi seed, tiger eye, greenstone. No resin, no plating, no dyed imitations.
  • Made one at a time. Every bracelet is knotted and finished by hand in small batches, so no two are identical.
  • Personal, if you want it. Add an engraving, choose a size, send a keepsake photograph. All optional, all handmade.
  • Shipped from our workshop. Tracked worldwide delivery, with a card describing the stone and how to care for it.
